Sam Ferraro

Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, I moved to Sioux City, Iowa in 2012. Then began working with my father in 1999 as a part-time appraisal assistant. After graduating from the University of Nebraska, I became a registered appraiser. My experience includes assessment work in Douglas County, then a State Right-of Way highway appraiser for Nebraska Department Department of Roads, the Dakota County Assessor's Office, and finally starting Innovative Appraisal Service, Inc. in 2010.

I have two amazing sons, two wonderful step children, and an incredible wife Jill, who makes everything possible.
